Healthy Oatmeal Banana Muffins

 Banana Oatmeal muffins are healthy, grab-n-go breakfast that the whole family will love! Must Try!

* 2 bananas, ripen
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup maple syrup
* 1/3 cup brown sugar
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp cinnamon powder
* 1 cup yogurt
* 3 cups quick cooking oats
* 1 cup whole milk
* Salt a pinch

For topping
* Sliced almonds 2 tbsp
* Dried Cranberry 2 tbsp
* Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
* Fresh Blueberry 2 tbsp

1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F
2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Mix eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, milk and yogurt.
3. Add oats and mix it very well. Let the mixture sit for a 10-15 minutes, so the oats soak up the liquid and the consistency is like oatmeal.
4. Line muffin tins with muffin liners. Pour the mixture into each muffin cups. Add toppings and gently push your toppings into each muffin cup. Bake it for 35 minutes.
5. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
